The integrated grind shield is 44 square inches. That’s not a typo. Flip the ADF up and you have a full-face clear shield for grinding and prep work. Most flip-ups give you a tiny window. This one gives you almost your entire field of view. On jobs where you’re alternating between welding and grinding every few minutes, it saves you from constantly taking the hood off.
